5. Eligibility

• Open to all customers in the Philippines.

• Must be 18 years old and above

• Employees of Tambay Traders Inc, its affiliates, and advertising agencies are disqualified

from joining.

6. How to Join

• For every ₱300 worth of single-receipt purchase of any participating items from the official website, the customer is entitled to one (1) raffle entry. Purchases amounting to ₱600 will be entitled to two (2) raffle entries, while ₱1,650 will be entitled to three (5) raffleentries, and so on in proportion to the total amount spent per transaction.

• A successful purchase refers to a fully paid and completed transaction within the promo period.

• Only one (1) transaction per receipt will be considered for computation of entries; however, multiple transactions will correspond to multiple entries.

• All qualified purchases made within the promo duration shall automatically be included in the raffle draw.

7. Generation of Entries

• Raffle entries will be system-generated based on qualified purchases.

• Each entry will contain the participant’s name, contact details, and unique reference number.

• All entries will be recorded in the promo database for the raffle draw.

8. Deadline of Submission of Entries

• All qualified transactions must be completed on or before June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM.

9. Schedule and Venue of Draw

The raffle draw will be held on July 4, 2026 at 7pm

The draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.

10. Method of Draw / Determination of Winners

• Winners will be selected via a random electronic raffle draw using a computerized system.

• The draw will produce the required number of winners, including reserve winners.

17. Claiming of Prizes

18. Redemption Period

Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Tambay Traders Inc, with prior approval from DTI.

19. Tax Requirement

In accordance with Philippine tax laws, a 20% final withholding tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be shouldered by the winner.

20. Additional Terms

• This promo is subject to the approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

• By participating, customers agree to allow Tambay Traders Inc to use their name for promotional purposes.

Promo Name: Tambay to Riches

Promo Period: June 1 to June 30, 2026

1. Objective

To ensure that all raffle entries and prizes under the Tambay to Riches Promo are handled, collected, secured, and processed with utmost fairness, transparency, and integrity, in accordance with the approved promotion mechanics and DTI guidelines.

2. Scope

This procedure applies to all personnel, systems, and processes involved in the implementation of the Tambay to Riches Promo, including entry collection, validation, storage, raffle draw, and prize handling.

3. Entry Collection and Generation

3.1 For every ₱300 worth of single-receipt purchase of any participating items from the official website, the customer shall be entitled to one (1) raffle entry. Purchases amounting to ₱600 shall be entitled to two (2) raffle entries, ₱1,650 to five (5) raffle entries, and so on, in proportion to the total amount spent per transaction. Any excess amount less than ₱300 shall not be eligible for an additional raffle entry.

3.2 A “successful purchase” refers to a fully paid and completed transaction made within the promo period.

3.3 Only one (1) transaction per receipt shall be considered for the computation of raffle entries; however, multiple transactions will correspond to equivalent multiple raffle entries.

4. Entry Validation and Verification

4.1 All generated entries shall undergo validation to confirm that transactions are legitimate, paid, and not cancelled or refunded.

4.2 Fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, or unverifiable transactions shall be disqualified in accordance with the promo rules.

4.3 The organizer reserves the right to review and verify all entries prior to their inclusion in the raffle draw.

5. Safekeeping and Data Security

5.1 All raffle entries shall be stored in a secure, password-protected system accessible only to authorized personnel.

5.2 Regular system backups shall be conducted to prevent data loss.

5.3 Access to the database shall be restricted and monitored to ensure data integrity.

5.4 Any extraction or use of data shall be properly logged and authorized.

6. Handling of Prizes

6.1 All prizes, including limited-edition merchandise, shall be properly inventoried prior to the start of the promo.

6.2 Printed, sealed, and seeded prizes (if applicable) shall be kept in a secure storage facility with restricted access.

6.3 All prizes shall remain sealed and untampered until officially awarded to verified winners.
